TERMS AND CONDITIONS

Payment

100% advance payment required upon order placement (online, on-premises, or delivery) prior to any fulfillment, cutting, or custom work.

Returns

15-day return window from receipt for regular stock items with proof of purchase. Returned goods must be in their exact original condition, strictly free of any damage, wear, or alteration, and in unopened original packaging (15% restocking fee applies). Custom fabrications and cut materials are final sale. Statutory legal consumer warranties remain unaffected.

Pickup & Storage

Pickup required within 7 days of readiness notice. A contractual storage fee of $10/day automatically accrues starting on day 15.

Cut Tolerance

Customer assumes sole liability for all submitted specifications and measurements. A mechanical cutting tolerance of ± 3/16" is contractually deemed conforming.

Delivery & Transfer of Risk

Curbside or accessible driveway drop-off only; no interior or vertical handling. Vendor and carrier liability permanently terminates upon unloading at the delivery site. Customer sign-off upon delivery constitutes complete acceptance and an irrevocable release of the vendor from any liability regarding damage, visible defects, or shortages.

Failed Delivery & Access Default

If the designated delivery site or time slot is inaccessible, or if pre-arranged customer assistance is unavailable upon arrival, delivery will be aborted. Under no circumstances will shipping/handling charges be refunded.

Limitation of Liability

Total vendor liability is strictly limited to the purchase price paid for the item or its replacement. Direct or indirect damages, job site delays, loss of profits, and third-party labor costs are expressly excluded.

Governing Law & Language

Governed exclusively by the laws of the Province of Québec. The parties expressly confirm their common intent that this agreement be drawn up in French and translated into English.
